Damaged Road on Jalan TB Simatupang Repaired

The South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency is repairing potholes on Jalan TB Simatupang Raya, Cilandak Barat, Cilandak District.

Head of the Sub-agency, Rifki Rismal said these improvements are a follow-up to the results of field monitoring and community reports.

"After we carry out monitoring and measurements, the work will be carried out immediately to avoid any undesirable incidents," he said, Saturday (4/4).

Rifki explained that the repairs were carried out by paving using the hotmix method with an area of ​​18.5 x 3.2 square meters.

"We deployed 12 Yellow Troop personnel with complete work equipment. The work was carried out at night to avoid traffic congestion that could cause congestion or other disruptions," he explained.

He added that the asphalting of damaged roads is part of the commitment to maintaining the quality of road infrastructure so that it remains safe, comfortable and suitable for public use.

"We will continue to intensify the process of paving and patching damaged and potholed roads. We also apologize for any inconvenience road users may experience during this process," he stated.

Meanwhile, one of local residents, Pahlapi (31) appreciated the road repair conducted by the sub-agency.

"The road was previously quite dangerous, especially at night. Hopefully, the other potholes will be repaired soon," he hoped.
